Every item sold on RealPreloved has been authenticated by our team of certified experts. We stand behind the authenticity of every piece. However, if you have concerns about the authenticity of your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

All items sold on RealPreloved are one-of-a-kind, pre-owned luxury goods. Each piece is unique and will not be restocked. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

We strive to accurately describe and photograph all items. However, due to the pre-owned nature of our products and variations in display settings, minor differences between the item and its description may occur. Such differences do not constitute grounds for return.
